Car runs but has an engine issue (ticking / clicking coming from engine when revved above idle). Car still runs well with no decrease in power etc. Mechanic advised that the engine should run no problem for another year if it’s not thrashed, but it will likely burn oil as it goes (meaning it will likely fail its NCT in September 2023 if left as it). Mechanic estimated it could cost ~€1000 to fix fully. Can send video of the engine noise via whatsapp. Car interior in great condition with full leather, heated seats, aircon, cruise control etc. Sunroof motor stopped working during the summer - but I have a replacement motor to put in. Exterior generally in good condition. Some minor scrapes on paintwork and alloys have some kerbing. Car has been very well maintained throughout its life (183500 km). NCT’d until September 2023 and has nearly half a year tax left on it. I have already been offered €850 by a friend who is returning to Ireland for 6 months in February, so no low offers will be considered. Viewings only possible on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
